When I have met Rajiv and Nisha for the first time it was in Clos des Lambray with a number of good winemakers. They served an amazing Indian dinner cook by Nisha to proof that Burgundy wine can match wine Indian food. It was of the most and unusual wine dinner of my life. The balance of each dishes has made a beautiful pairing with the wine. Rajiv is a passionate and very curious wine lover, he loves Grand Cru wine of course, who doesn’t like Grand Cru, but not only, he loves to serve a mystery wine in blind which is not a famous appellation but the wine was amazingly good. I had the occasion in 2018 to go in India to make an amazing wine Dinner with Alain Passard organized by Rajiv. It was a fabulous moment especially when the day after where we were with few people Alain Passard and his team, Rajiv, Nisha and me to cook together and share some bottles. Because Rajiv have the best quality of all real wine lovers, it’s not only to have the good glass, or the good cellar or the good decanter it's the capacity to share all the bottles and to never drink alone. I’m very proud that Rajiv import my wine in India his knowledge of the Burgundy is incredible. I think is the most Burgundian Indian man.
