The 5th generation of the wine growing family Pascal Prunier-Bonheur took over the estate in 1983. Pascal aims to make honest and upstanding wines as he feels that to do otherwise would be cheating his vines, his customers and himself. He manages to do that by combining traditional methods with modern techniques.

Today the Domaine is 8ha covering several plots from Saint-Romain to Beaune both at the Village and Premier Cru level. His cellar is located in Meursault around the corner from Jean-Marc Roulot.

His wines, both red and white, are fine, balanced, authentic, and enjoyable young as well as after many years of cellaring.

Beaune Les Prévoles Rouge is a must buy wine from the famous appellation Beaune in burgundy

Beaune Les Prévoles Rouge

A must buy wine from the famous appellation Beaune in burgundy. A tiny well situated plot just South of Beaune of 0.35 Ha means the wine is hard to get.

Very old vines adds to the minerality and complexity. It delivers a big bang for the buck.

Sadly this wine will no longer be available for several years as Pascal has decided to replant the entire vineyard which was very old. We will keep a look out when to add it back to our portfolio.

Beaune Clos Saint Désire Blanc importer in India

Beaune Clos Saint Désire Blanc

Heir to a long tradition of family winemaker, Pascal continues to work his vineyards and wines by linking the best tradition and current methods. Maintained voluntarily on a human scale.

This wine comes from a plot situated high up just above Clos des Mouches. The soil is perfect for Chardonnay. A perfect mixture of limestone and chalk. I believe this plot has benefited on account of global warming. This wine appeals to all lovers of white burgundy. A personal favourite.
